Tapestry Weaving:
Fitting with the theme of Reusing, Recycling and using Local.
Weaving is synonymous with the Rossendale Valley even today there are many buildings evidential of the history in the Valley. A " weavers Cottage" now a historical museum can still be visited ( certain days within the year Visit Weavers Cottage 18th century Loom Shop- Visit Rossendale ) a rare survivor from a forgotten age.
