Can I collect in person?
Yes you absolutely can collect in person! Just let me know ahead of time that you wish to do so.
How much notice do I need to give to have an item personalised?
As a personalised item may take anywhere from an hour to a week to complete, it can vary. If you wish to have an item ready for a particular date, the sooner you contact me, the sooner it can be ready!
What should I wear?
No special clothing is required. Low healed closed toe shoes are suggested for safety reasons. Please bring something to tie hair back if it is long. Be aware some of the techniques are messy. Aprons, gloves and masks are provided when required.
How long does it take to personalise an item?
Personalisation time can vary depending on the size and complexity of the item. I will be able to give a good estimation when you request an item.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes I can! Postage will vary depending on size, and delicateness of the item, as more or less packaging is needed.
Do I need to bring any equipment or materials?
All materials and necessary equipment is provided . However for some classes it maybe suggested that you can bring some collected items or memory materials if you wish
